RRB PATNA

The candidates who qualify in the final stage examination are called for document verification. The Roll Nos. of such candidates are published through the Official Website and Notice Board of Railway Recruitment Board, Patna.

A candidate coming for document verification is normally required to report at RRB/Patna at Scheduled Time/Forenoon and he is released by Scheduled Time/Evening on the same day. During verification, all the original certificates and genuineness/candidature of the candidate are scrutinized/verified. Further, his/her handwriting, finger print and biometrics are compared with those taken from the candidate during the examination/s as well as those taken during verification of certificates/candidature. This is to confirm the genuineness of the candidates.

Whenever a candidate is empanelled, provisional panel has published through the official website of RRB/Patna. The published panel is sent to the East Central Railway, Hajipur/RWP, Bela for further process. The candidate should not make any further correspondence with RRB/Patna. If required, the candidate should correspond with the office of East Central Railway, Hajipur/RWP, Bela.

As per the guidelines given by Railway Recruitment Control Board, candidates equal to 50% over and above the number of vacancies of each community or as instruction received from Railway Board are being called for the document verification as standby provided adequate suitable candidates are available in the merit list. In case any candidate from the merit list does not turn up for certificate verification or is found medically unfit or do not join or a replacement panel is asked by the concerned Railway/Unit, candidates from the standby list are empanelled strictly in order of merit.
