Before you proceed further, please go through the following:

	Fill in the information required completely and correctly. Suppressing or not giving correct information will invite rejection of candidature.
	If you do not posses the requisite qualification, your candidature will get summarily rejected. By taking a print of Online Application Form, you do not have an automatic right to acceptance of your candidature.
	Once you have completed online application process, an application form bearing your own registration number and related details will appear on the screen. Take a print-out of this application form on a A4-size paper (of 80 gsm) using any inkjet or laser printer. You should then complete these formalities:   Paste your latest passport-size photograph inside the space indicated.   Put your left thumb impression in the space provided.   Write the declaration paragraph in English in your running handwriting.   Put your signature at the appropriate places.   Download and print Information-Sheet. Fill it properly.   Enclose the self attested copy of educational and/or professional qualification certificate for the post being applied.   Enclose the self attested copy of Caste Certificate, if applicable.   Enclose Indian Postal Order/Demand Draft, if applicable.   Ex-Servicemen need to enclose self attested copy of their Discharge Certificate.   Serving govt. employees need to enclose their Service Proof.
	Send your properly filled in Application Form along with the enclosures to appropriate RRB at the address printed on your form. You must send the application only through Dept. of Posts, Govt. of India - eg., ordinary post, speed-post or registered post.
	Sending more than one Application Form for the same post will result in rejection of your candidature.

Note: You can apply online as many times as needed. Each time, an application form customised for you will appear in the browser. Click the applicable check-boxes and print it. Next, you need to fill in the missing information and write the declaration in your own handwriting. Finally, enclose the necessary documents and mail it to the address printed on the Application Form. Just make sure that you send only one application form for one post. What you send in finally in paper form is what RRB will count as an application!
